Behavioral Technicians
Northern Behavioral Solutions is currently looking for qualified and experienced individuals with previous behavior technician experience or currently credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician. $500 dollar bonus after 90 days of employment. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a growing company with big opportunities for growth, including employment as a lead technician and as a BCBA after the completion of your course work and passing the BCBA exam.
Job Responsibilities:
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum education of a High School diploma/GED
- Pass a Background checks
- Drivers license
- Passionate about working with children or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to commute up to 45 minutes to client’s homes

BCBAs
Northern Behavioral Solutions is currently looking for a qualified BCBA and experienced individuals with their Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a growing company with big opportunities for career and administrative growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement assessments for program placement and to measure progress
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Monitor ABA therapy sessions
- Provide training, evaluation, supervision, and feedback for Behavior Therapist in home-based environments
- Caregiver training
- Documentation of ongoing progress with clients
- Assist in the development behavior intervention plans
- Data analysis of current treatment plans
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ensure effective communication between all team members
- Monitor the development of children in home, the community, and/or other natural settings
- Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
- Technology proficient: Zoom, Google applications, etc.
- Active drivers license and willing to travel up to 45 minutes from current residence to meet a client's home.
- 25-50% Telehealth to improve quality of service and access to clients
- 20 minimum billable hours for full time
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification
- LBA in the state of Michigan
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (preferred)
